Will I know the price before you start?

Yes. You get an estimate before any work starts, as Miami-Dade County requires, and you decide whether we go ahead.

Do you work on my car?

The shop works on every make and model, from Toyota and Nissan to BMW, Audi and Volkswagen.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. The shop speaks English and Spanish.

What are your hours?

Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 1:30 PM, closed Sunday.

Where are you?

12513 SW 130th St, Miami, FL 33186, near SW 124th Ave in the Kendall area. Look for the blue W.I.R.E.S sign.

FAQ

Car A/C

Why is my car A/C blowing warm air?

Most often a refrigerant leak, a compressor or clutch that isn't engaging, or an electrical fault such as a fuse, relay or pressure switch. A condenser fan that stops turning can also make it warm when the car is stopped.

Is a recharge enough?

Only if nothing else is wrong. Refrigerant doesn't get used up; if it's low, it leaked. Recharging without fixing the leak usually means warm air again soon.

FAQ

Warning signs

Can I drive with the check-engine light on?

If it's steady, you can usually drive to the shop soon. If it's flashing, the engine is misfiring badly: stop driving and call.

My brakes are grinding. Is that urgent?

Yes. Grinding usually means the pads are worn through and metal is touching the rotor. Get it checked right away.

What should I do if the engine overheats?

Pull over and turn the engine off as soon as it's safe, don't open a hot radiator cap, and call us.
