Tell us what the car is doing
Call (305) 232-1677 or drive in. Describe when the problem shows up: at idle, on the highway, after a few minutes, or all the time.

We find the cause
We test the battery, the charging system and the circuit involved, and read any stored fault codes, to find the part that actually failed.

You get an estimate first
Before any work starts you get an estimate. Miami-Dade County requires it, and you decide whether we go ahead.

We repair it
We fix what failed and tell you what we found. You pick the car up at 12513 SW 130th St.
What it costs
A loose connection, a failed relay and a worn-out alternator are very different jobs. Once the fault is found you get an estimate, before any work starts.

Questions people ask us
Is it the battery or the alternator?
A weak battery, an alternator that isn't charging and a drain that empties the battery overnight can all look the same from the driver's seat. Testing the battery, the charging output and the draw with the car off tells them apart.
What does the check-engine light mean?
The engine computer has stored a fault code. The code points to a system, not always to the failed part, so we read it and then test that system before replacing anything.
Is it safe to drive with the battery light on?
The battery light usually means the car is running on the battery alone and will stop when it runs down. Drive straight to the shop or call us before a long trip.
